Our Varietals

We purposefully blend organic Australian wine and hand-selected indigenous Australian botanicals to create naturally bright varietals perfectly suited for low ABV aperitifs and vermouth-led cocktails.

We have a unique flavor profile developed from organic produce and reduced raw organic sugar (not the bleached white one we all know) with no caramel or wood influence, providing a natural marriage of produce from the grounds of Australia.

We are vegan friendly and gluten free, offering a mindful choice for the conscious bartender or cocktail lover at home. 

LIVELY WHITE

Citrus & Floral

Regal Rogue Lively White is bursting with citrus and floral notes, marrying un-wooded organic Chardonnay with native lemon myrtle, desert limes, native thyme with elderflower, lemongrass, grapefruit and chamomile.

Regal Rogue Bold Red is one of the world’s first semi-dry red vermouths, NOT sweet, led by aromatic spice and dried fruit. It marries a deep, rich, naturally spiced organic Shiraz with un-wooded organic Chardonnay and native pepper berry, wattle seed and native thyme followed by cinnamon, close, star anise, nutmeg, ginger, bitter orange, dried fig and dried cherry.

Storage tips

75% of all vermouth is wine based, so once opened you should refrigerate and consume within 60 days. If you don’t consume in 60 days then you can also use Regal Rogue in your cooking. We’ve done all the hard work so you can just enjoy it.
