Pink Gin is not often used in Dry Martini but it can be really good, and here we dare to take a chance. We choose Regal Rogue Wild Rosé Vermouth, a pink but relatively dry vermouth and mix five parts gin with one part vermouth.

Here we choose a small strawberry as a garnish, but a pickled onion or a small piece of orange zest is also excellent.
